4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. The counter-notification must include:

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion.
